2. Project Engagement
- All project requirements must be documented and approved before commencement.

3. Payments

- CircleInk retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used during development.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and project requirements
- Supplying content, logos, images, and approvals on time
- Ensuring they possess rights to any materials provided to CircleInk
6. Hosting and Third-Party Services
CircleInk is not liable for:
- Third-party hosting outages
- Domain registrar issues
- Payment gateway failures
- Changes in third-party APIs, platforms, or services
7. Limitation of Liability
CircleInk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of a project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement upon written notice. Outstanding payments and completed work up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Changes to Terms
CircleInk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
